NEW HARTFORD — Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES Automotive Engineering instructor John Stratton has been named the 2021 SkillsUSA Region I Adviser of the Yr. This regional award acknowledges Stratton’s exceptional perseverance to the SkillsUSA business and quite a few accomplishments as a career and complex educator.
This award tends to make Stratton a applicant for the SkillsUSA countrywide Adviser of the Year Award. The nationwide Adviser of the 12 months award winner will be introduced on June 24 in the course of the NLSC Virtual Recognition Session.
Stratton joined the OHM BOCES Career and Complex Education Center as an automotive technologies instructor in 2003.
